Strategy

Objective: To decode the business models that can be observed in everyday life and how to face uncertainty by simulating the creation of a startup venture. Following an iterative customer validation method, building off of the Lean Startup / Lean LaunchPad curriculum as practiced in the startup community, this structure will be augmented with exercises, experiments, and self-inquiry to build strong teams, and to strengthen connections to local communities.

The goal is to identify the necessary resources for project interventions and the associated costs, an operational configuration and develop market entry strategies and launching plans to actualize the project as a company.
